Some students who go to college outside of their hometowns have cars. One of the things they will look for is a parking spot for their vehicle. If the rental property has plenty, it won’t become a problem. But if it does not, you can show them where they can. They would want to park somewhere safe where they know they can leave their cars without worrying.
